Never send Kaspi Pay API keys, passwords, authentication credentials, full sensitive logs or private customer payment data in a support message.

Group Starlight may ask for a WooCommerce order ID, plugin versions, screenshots with sensitive values hidden, and a short description of the issue.

Payment Information

KZ Pay software purchases are processed through Freemius and/or its payment providers. Group Starlight does not ask customers to send card numbers or payment credentials by email or support message.

Payment card details are handled through the checkout/payment provider flow, not by email or ordinary support tickets.
