Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Group Starlight website and your purchase, trial, download, installation or use of KZ Pay.

By using the website or KZ Pay, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and, for software use, the Software License Agreement.

Company Information

Group Starlight is operated by Starlight Group DOO, a digital technology company based in Montenegro.

Website Use

You may use the website for lawful business, informational and purchasing purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, submit malicious content or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Software Products

Group Starlight may offer software products, documentation, downloads, updates and related support through the website or through third-party commerce and licensing providers.

The purchase of software does not transfer ownership of the software or Group Starlight intellectual property.

KZ Pay

KZ Pay is an independent Group Starlight software product for WooCommerce merchants who want to accept Kaspi QR payments and payment links.

KZ Pay is independently developed by Group Starlight and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Kaspi.kz. Kaspi and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility and Merchant Responsibilities

KZ Pay is primarily intended for WooCommerce merchants and business users.

The merchant is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required Kaspi Pay access, Kaspi Pay API key, configured trade points, compliant business/account status and supported WooCommerce environment.

KZ Pay does not create a Kaspi Pay account and does not provide Kaspi Pay credentials.

Purchases

Current KZ Pay public pricing is $19.99 / month or $149.99 / year for one production WooCommerce store.

Pricing, plan names, taxes, currency handling and checkout availability are shown in the active checkout flow before purchase.

Freemius Checkout

KZ Pay commerce, licensing, subscriptions, billing, invoices, payment information, Customer Portal data and subscription status may be handled through Freemius.

Freemius may provide the checkout, payment, subscription, account, license, update and Customer Portal systems used for KZ Pay. Customers should check the checkout details before completing a purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

The monthly KZ Pay plan is currently listed as $19.99 / month for one production WooCommerce store.

Renewal mechanics, billing timing, taxes and cancellation options are governed by the active checkout and account flow shown to the customer.

Annual Subscriptions

The annual KZ Pay plan is currently listed as $149.99 / year for one production WooCommerce store.

Renewal mechanics, billing timing, taxes and cancellation options are governed by the active checkout and account flow shown to the customer.

Free Trial

KZ Pay currently offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required when the free-trial checkout flow is used.

Other checkout flows may start a paid subscription, paid trial or direct purchase depending on the link selected by the customer.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the available account, checkout or Customer Portal flow before the renewal date.

Cancellation

Customers can manage cancellation through the available Freemius account or Customer Portal flow when that functionality is available for the active subscription.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal according to the checkout and account terms. It does not automatically refund previous charges.

Software Updates

KZ Pay updates are available while the applicable subscription is active.

Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility adjustments, security improvements, documentation updates and feature changes.

Technical Support

Technical support is available while the applicable subscription is active.

Support does not include creating a Kaspi Pay account, obtaining Kaspi Pay merchant acceptance, providing Kaspi credentials, custom development outside the product scope or resolving issues caused solely by third-party systems.

Third-Party Services

KZ Pay depends on systems outside Group Starlight's control, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Kaspi Pay / Kaspi QR APIs, Freemius, hosting environments and customer server configuration.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose limits or alter their APIs.

Kaspi Pay Requirements

The merchant must maintain the required Kaspi Pay account/access, API key, trade point configuration and compliance with Kaspi Pay requirements.

KZ Pay cannot guarantee merchant acceptance, availability or continued access to Kaspi Pay services.

Availability and API Changes

Group Starlight aims to maintain KZ Pay compatibility with supported WordPress and WooCommerce versions and current known Kaspi QR behavior.

Compatibility may require updates when third-party APIs, WooCommerce, WordPress or hosting environments change.

Refunds

Software-purchase refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and the active Freemius configuration.

Merchant refunds of customer Kaspi payments are separate from KZ Pay software-purchase refunds.

Intellectual Property

Group Starlight owns or licenses the KZ Pay software, documentation, branding, website content and related materials.

WordPress, WooCommerce, Kaspi, Kaspi QR, Freemius and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited Use

You must not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit KZ Pay except as allowed by the Software License Agreement.

You must not use KZ Pay to process unlawful transactions, bypass third-party requirements, misrepresent payment status or compromise credentials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, KZ Pay and related documentation are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. No software, hosted system, payment integration or third-party API can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Group Starlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption or losses caused by third-party services, merchant setup errors, hosting issues, Kaspi Pay account decisions or unsupported environments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Group Starlight harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or KZ Pay, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party terms, unlawful transactions, credential misuse or incorrect merchant configuration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, except where mandatory law gives a customer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

The parties should first try to resolve disputes by contacting Group Starlight directly.

Changes to Terms

Group Starlight may update these Terms from time to time.

The Last updated line at the top of this page identifies the current version.
