Refund Policy explains how refund questions are handled for KZ Pay software purchases and how that differs from refunds of payments made by a merchant&#039;s own Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Group Starlight evaluates KZ Pay software purchase refund requests case by case.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The decision depends on the reason for the request, product access, subscription status, support history, checkout records, payment-provider records, suspected misuse and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"freemius-checkout-and-billing\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Freemius Checkout and Billing<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KZ Pay checkout, subscriptions, billing, invoices, payment information, license information, Customer Portal data and subscription status may be handled through Freemius.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refund processing, cancellation controls, invoices and billing records may be handled through Freemius or its payment providers.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"trial\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Trial<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KZ Pay currently offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required when the free-trial checkout flow is used.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the customer chooses a paid trial or direct purchase checkout flow, the payment terms shown at checkout apply.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"subscriptions-and-cancellations\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Subscriptions and Cancellations<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation stops future access or renewal according to the active Freemius subscription configuration.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges. Customers should cancel before the next renewal date if they do not want the subscription to continue.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"how-to-request-a-software-refund-review\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>How to Request a Software Refund Review<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Contact KZ Pay product support at support@group-starlight.com and include the purchase email, license\/order reference if available, product name and reason for the request.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Do not send card numbers, Kaspi Pay API keys, passwords or private customer payment credentials.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"non-refundable-situations\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Non-Refundable Situations<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunds may be refused where the request is connected to misuse, abuse, chargeback fraud, redistribution, license sharing, unsupported environments, third-party service decisions, completed custom work, or issues outside the KZ Pay product scope.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunds may also be refused where the customer continued using the product after the issue was resolved or after receiving support.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"starlight-legal-page__section\" id=\"merchant-customer-payment-refunds\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Merchant Customer Payment Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunding a KZ Pay software purchase is different from refunding a customer&#039;s Kaspi payment processed by a merchant.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Automatic API refunds are not available with the current Kaspi QR integration. Process the monetary refund in the Kaspi Pay app first, then record it in WooCommerce.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KZ Pay is independently developed by Group Starlight and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Kaspi.kz.
